If you are shipping direct to your job site please verify the address
and include the business name on the sign if it is a commercial business.
New builds and addresses not recognized by couriers can be returned at your expense or cause shipping delays should they not have a valid address or unit number.
Couriers are quick to send packages back "undeliverable" or "customer not at this address" if the name on the address label doesn't match the name of the business you are delivering to - We can include both your personal name and the business name to make sure it gets delivered without delay. Please also include any additional information in the comments for us to help them find you or consider shipping to a different address where there won't be any confusion.
Couriers will not call or hunt around a job site, although it is convenient to send to a job site it usually is best to ship to address that is occupied and has a clear delivery point for the driver. Couriers charge to send and again to ship nback as undeliverable so it can get expensive.
Multi-unit buildings also need clear instructions such as deliver to the office, front desk or a unit number that is occupied for a courier to deliver to.
