Shipping policy

We ship using couriers like UPS, Canpar and Purolator. A physical address is required . Please take caution shipping to a job site as couriers will not call or hit down site supervisors or contacts. 

If shipping to a business, please include the business name and unit number if applicable. Addressing it just to your name at a business may result in the couriers sending it back classed as "not at this address" 

Extra shipping fees will be incurred if an item is returned as undelivered due to an address error.
